Gaming Club “Cyber Tiger”
  1. These rules are mandatory for all customers of the club.  
  2. The client is obliged to pay in advance for the services of the club according to the established rates.  
  3. The client has the right to demand technical assistance from the manager in case of malfunction of the equipment, or replacement of the equipment with another working one.  
  4. It is forbidden to log in under a different name (for example, in order to obtain additional discounts).  
  5. Access to websites whose content is illegal under Spanish law is prohibited and may be blocked. In controversial cases, the final decision to block access to a particular resource rests with the club administration.   
  6. The Club administration may restrict the size and types of downloadable files in order to protect the security of our computers and to ensure an equitable distribution of available Internet access among our customers.  
  7. The Club is not responsible for the operation of the servers on the Internet or errors in the software used, and will not compensate for losses associated with loss of data.  
  8. The customer is obliged to follow the instructions of the administrator regarding compliance with these rules, security rules and technical conditions of computer use.  
  9. The administrator shall assist the Customer in case of technical problems. The Administrator shall not be obliged to teach the Client to use the computer or to work with specific programs and games.  
  10. The Administrator has the right to shorten the remaining working hours or to expel from the computer club the Client who violates these rules. Clients who flagrantly and systematically violate these rules may be deprived by the administration of the right to attend the club.  
  11. The client may not independently move monitors, system units, disconnect computer and network components, touch the elements of the power supply network that feeds computers and network devices. 
  12. The customer has no right to change the operating system settings, install and uninstall programs or interfere in any other unauthorized way in the operation of the computer and network.  
  13. The customer's files on the club's computers are retained until the end of the rental period. There is no guarantee that they will be retained thereafter.  
  14. The Client may be denied boarding and the provision of services in the cases specified in clause 15 of these regulations. 
  15. It is strictly forbidden in the club: disorderly conduct, smoking, drinking alcohol, drug use, loud talking, foul language and littering; tampering with walls, floors, ceilings, club computers and electronic equipment, plumbing, furniture (including swinging on a chair), etc. and bringing animals; disturbing other customers, including observing their work (except at your request and with the consent of the manager).  
  16. Visitors who are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs will not be served and will be expelled from the club.  
  17. The manager is not responsible for the security of the clients' outer clothing and belongings.  
  18. Two or more persons may work on one computer only with the permission of the administrator. 
  19. The manager has the right to expel from the club all persons except those who are working directly on the computer.
  20. The club reserves the right to restrict access to the internet and the club's toy library to persons under 18 years of age. If the age restriction is violated, the client may be deprived of the right to attend the club by the administration.  
  21. If the club has suffered material damage as a result of the client's actions, the club administration is entitled to claim compensation for these damages from the client or his legal representatives (guardians). For example, the client's actions that caused the computer to malfunction may be considered material damage. The reimbursement procedure is additionally agreed between the club administration and the customer or decided in court.  
  22. These guidelines are subject to change without notice. All changes will be posted on the club's website, instagram or at the reception.  
  23. Club customers are not allowed to: use violent language or vulgar insults towards them, insulting or annoying in their work.  
  24. Make suggestions of unreasonable or indecent character to the club staff.  
  25. Entering the work areas and workplaces of club personnel;  
  26. In the case of landing on a "Rent" account, the client agrees to the following condition: if the client has paid for the time and actually sat for less and finished the session, the client must spend the funds within one month, otherwise they will be burned!  
  27. The client may be asked to provide personal data (if necessary).
  28. The customer agrees to the above rules on the collection of personal data and the club policy.
